Returns Policy

Our goal is that you be satisfied with your purchase.

If your are not completely satisfied we will try to make it right, within reason…

Regularly Priced Items.

Items purchased at their normal selling price can be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase if accompanied by a receipt, or if you are a member of our VIP Customer Club. We will provide you with a Gift-Card Refund.

We examine all products before we offer them for sale, but if the item you have purchased is defective from the manufacturer, we will happily exchange it if possible, or provide a Gift-Card Refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Discount  Priced Items.

We cannot offer a return or replacement for discounted/sale priced items.

Non-returnable Items.

Unfortunatly some items cannot be returned even if they meet the return requirements above…

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
