We will provide you with a Gift-Card Refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We examine all products before we offer them for sale, but if the item you have purchased is <strong>defective<\/strong> from the manufacturer, we will happily exchange it if possible, or provide a <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Gift-Card Refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
